How enrolment works, why we prioritise online-first classrooms, and what families can expect before the first session begins.
We use Google Classroom for all online lessons- both Private Tutoring and Small Group- for students to access their resources and homework. Students can also join the online lessons using a Google Meet link that is posted onto the Google Classroom page. We know how important it is to have a reliable and user-friendly platform for online learning, and Google Classroom provides just that.
We support students in Years 3-10 for Private Tutoring and Years 3-6 for Small Group Classes. Years 3/4 are placed in one online class, and Years 5/6 in another. Our Small Group classes are divided into two streams: Confidence and Challenge, to best serve the needs of students at different levels. Confidence Stream focuses on building foundational skills and boosting self-confidence, while Challenge Stream is designed for advanced learners seeking to deepen their understanding and tackle more complex problems.
Private tutoring can involve general support across multiple subjects, or a more focused approach on specific subjects like Math and English. If you are not sure what subject your child needs help in- that's okay! In the first session, the tutor can determine how they can best support your childs education.
Progress notes are prepared weekly after each lesson and sent to the parents' email.
We don’t offer trial periods because high-quality learning requires consistency. One lesson alone rarely shows a student’s potential or builds the rapport needed to move forward.
Instead, we have a first-session assurance: if you feel dissatisfied after your first session with Everbloom Learning, you may cancel all future sessions. Families on a 10-week package will receive a refund for any remaining unused sessions. PAYG families can stop at any time and will only be billed for completed sessions.
We begin with a short intake form that looks beyond grades so we understand whether your child needs confidence, more challenge, or a balanced path. That insight helps us place them in the right stream and plan valuable, structured sessions.
You can reserve a consistent spot with our 10-session package or choose PAYG fortnightly billing. Packages lock in your timeslot for 10 consecutive weeks. PAYG invoices are issued every two weeks for completed sessions only.
Sessions—whether part of a package or PAYG—may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund unless otherwise agreed in writing. PAYG families may stop at any time for future sessions; completed sessions are non-refundable. Package holders receive pro-rated refunds for any unused sessions when cancelling. For exmaple, on a 10-session package, if you cancel after 3 sessions, you’re refunded for the remaining 7.
